St. Thomas More Catholic School provides students with a Catholic atmosphere to know, love, and serve God.
 

Philosophy

Each individual is created by God with a unique mind, heart, body, and spirit. St. Thomas More Catholic School, in partnership with the home, ministers to our children in developing his/her intellectual, spiritual, social, and physical potential.

Christ as the servant model guides us to know, love, and serve God. Through traditional education and the use of current technology, we emphasize the importance of acquiring foundational knowledge and critical thinking skills. We integrate citizenship and faith throughout the curriculum to develop responsible stewards who live Gospel values.

Vision Statement

St. Thomas More School is to be the preeminent institution for parochial Catholic elementary education in the Spokane Community.

St. Thomas More faculty and staff in partnership with the family through an environment dedicated to spiritual, intellectual, social and physical growth will graduate responsible and virtuous citizens and leaders who inspire others.

St. Thomas More School will be recognized as a strong ministry of the Parish expressing our Catholic faith through worship and service.

St. Thomas More School will work with the Parish, the community, families and benefactors to grow and expand the financial base of support in order to reach out, open our doors and spread the Good News of Catholic education.
